HubBub Custom Bicycles will NEVER sell or rent your name or email address to anyone for any reason. All information will be kept strictly confidential. We do NOT keep your credit card on file (so you will have to enter it each time you order, which we hope is often!) All orders are processed using SECURE 128bit SSL encryption.

If you are unhappy with any purchase, we will take it back. The ONLY exceptions are cycling shorts that have been tried on or worn without underwear. Please send a copy of your receipt and tell us what was wrong with the item. Items that carry a manufacturer's guarantee may be returned to us for credit only if they were purchased from us. We are not authorized to honor other vendor or distributor warranties.

Ride one of our recommended saddle 50 miles, and if you aren't happy just return it, in excellent condition, with a copy of your receipt and we will exchange it or refund your money. Let us know WHY it didn't work and we will try to help you find one that does!

Most items (and many multiples of them) will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with arrival within 2-4 business days. For shipping only, you may use a post office box with this method. (Credit card authorizations requires a billing address and zip code). We have based our shipping method on the total order.

Packages that weigh over 5 pounds may be shipped via FedEx ground to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and any U.S. Territories will be shipped at the 2-day (blue label) air rate. FedEx and NBDA memebers (bicycle shops that belong to our national organization) receive preferential rates!

If you wish to have your item shipped overnight, via another carrier, or have some other shipping issue, please send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Most items will be shipped within 48 hours.
