I went to Hubbub with a old Vitus that I use for multisport and road riding. While riding the Emerald Necklace bike tour this past summer Brian noticed my bike could use some tweaking. Diane and Brian re-fit my old Vitus. You always hear 'no pain no gain' so I never realized the bike could feel so comfortable. My indoor riding on the trainer and even the challenging outdoors rides are all so much more enjoyable now that my bike fits me. It really feels much more like an extension of me rather than a separate piece of equipment.

I can't thank you enough for my Waterford 1900. I only managed 336 miles in the first four weeks, but they were the most pleasurable miles on a bike since I was a kid. I've read it before, but I didn't realize until I experienced it: the thing I noticed right from the start is that I don't notice anything. No hand numbness, no constant pushing back on the seat, etc. It's just me and the potholes, and the 35mm Paselas handle those superbly. I just can't stop smiling. Fit really is everything. A lot of the component selection, and indeed, the bike selection as a whole was really a leap of faith for me. Mostly I could go on what I've read, and on your recommendations, as there aren't too many bikes like mine to see or test drive. I have to say that I am very pleased, if not ecstatic, about each and every detail. The Rohloff hub is just the coolest thing ever invented. If ever you have a customer that wants an evaluation, they are welcome to contact me. The tracking and handling are so nice at all speeds; never twitchy, never sluggish, just right. Brian's ability to put everything together, despite the problems arising from some of my component choices, deserves a standing ovation. Thanks again.

Diane and Brian...I know I owe you a testimonial on my bike, but I've been so busy riding and loving it I just haven't had a chance yet...but, I will....in fact I compose all kinds of lovely descriptive phrases as I ride, but I never seem to have a scrap of paper handy at these moment to jot them down. Do you remember the scene from the movie, Titanic where he stands at the front of the ship with his arms outstretched facing into the wind....the look on his face...that's how I feel on my bike.
